  18. The IETF OSI X.400 Working Group is chartered to identify and provide
  19. solutions for problems encountered when operating X.400 in a dual
  20. protocol internet.  This Charter includes pure X.400 operational
  21. issues as well as X.400 $<$-$>$ RFC 822 gateway (ala RFC 987) issues.
